<p>No. As you are the founder of this project, writing your own letter of proof would be redundant and might elicit some laughs from an admissions officer. I listed a volunteering activity for a non-proft (that I did not establish myself) community center, and was never asked or told to attach a proof of service document.</p>
<p>If there is a website you’ve created or some on-line documentation for your project, you can attach it in the Additional Info section or in your resume.</p>
