So I have already taken the SAT once and the ACT twice. The first time I took both of these tests were just feelers, and I received a 1930/32 respectively. I put some effort into preparation and retook the ACT and got a 34. I am aware that I have to report every standardized test score for Stanford, so I am wondering, do I need to retake the SAT to get a higher score? Or will Stanford look at my high ACT score and ignore the average SAT score?

nope. the 34 will save you

My understanding is that they look at one or the other, so your 34 ACT should be fine.
