Do I need to submit my SAT/ACT to USC as a sophomore transfer?

I’m currently a freshman at UW-Madison and I’m planning to transfer to USC as a sophomore. My intended major is East Asian Studies/ East Asian Languages and Cultures. I have now complete 16 semester unit credits from fall semester(have a GPA: 3.6), and will have 15 semester unit credits for the spring semester. I got an 1370 for the New SAT when I was in high school, and I haven’t had a chance to retake it. It is better to submit my SAT score to USC, or can I not submit my SAT score and wait until my spring semester is finished?

Thank you!!

Those are good questions to ask the transfer admissions offoce at USC.
