Do I need to take Spanish SAT again...

I took the spanish with listening and got a 580. All my other SAT scores range from 730-800, but I’m applying to Georgetown school of foreign service which wants to see language skills. Did I screw myself over? If I get above a 600 on the spanish reading SAT, will that help make up for it?

What other SAT II scores do you have? If you scored above 700 on 3 other SAT IIs, the 580 will not hurt you too much, since they only look at the top 3. Additionally, if you have done well in your school’s spanish classes, it should not hurt you too much. But, to be honest, even above a 600 is not great for Georgetown. You would need above a 700 in my opinion. Good luck!

similar problemo…got a 610
