SAT: 2230/1470 (retake for a 2300+?)
SAT II: 800 chem 800 mathiic
AP scores: All 5s on chem, bio, english lang, stat, calc ab
Senior sched: AP econ, AP psych, AP calc bc, AP english lit
ECs:
i don’t want to write a long list of stuff, so my main EC is that I’m a competitive pianist who has won multiple competitions and has played solo in Carnegie Hall and other well known concert halls. the other stuff is the usual like school clubs, orchestra, etc. I received AP scholar with honors as well.

You might wanna retake for 2300+ to offset your low GPA. Both colleges, are still going to be a reach

Your GPA is low for both but your standardized test scores and your amazing piano accomplishments should make up for it. CA is in a financial bind and out of state students are looked on a little more favorably now. Good luck! I think you have a serious shot!

PS–don’t retake SAT, it is already good enough.
