Do I stand a chance?

Researching different schools right now and I am slightly freaking out! Wondering if I stand an okay chance at schools such as Pomona College (my first choice and will be applying E.D.), Claremont McKenna, Georgetown, UCLA, Amherst

I prefer the small schools in an urban or near an urban setting that do have a name, any other recommendations that would be fitting, and do I have a chance at these schools listed?

5. AfriPeace (traveled to Ethiopia for a month for community service)
6. Mock Trial (2 years, will be captain next year)
7. World Traveler
8. Other small volunteering projects

Scores ( I’ve decided to focus on ACT)

English: 33
Math: 29
Reading: 31
Science: 26

Writing: 7

Composite: 30

I plan to take the ACT once more before applying, aiming for a 32.
