Do I still have a chance?

If a college/univeristy ask you to complete testing by a certain date; does that mean that they need to receive the actual score reports by that date?

Ex. Carleton: Complete Testing by: February 15
Next ACT testing date: February 10

I did okay on the SAT, but I just took a few sample questions on the ACT website and it seems really easy.

Call to make sure.

ACT seems easier because the questions ARE easier. The problematic thing is the huge number of questions and the short time given to complete them.

No. They are referring to known ACT test dates and it would be impossible for them to get your scores from those dates by those dates.

check where they talk about the tests. some will say something like “february 1st or the february testing date.” Call if you are not certain. And never go by the College Board profile.

^yes. the collegeboard profiles are wrong about a lot of things.

like it says Duke’s test due date is in March…

ACT is easier but more questions… for me it was easier… it just depends on how you think. For ACT, just practive a lot so you can get the timing down, then you’ll be good.
