<p>My counselor has sent a fee waiver request via e-mail to each admissions office for the universities I am applying to. None replied.</p>
<p>Do I assume that they were all accepted or rejected? Do I pay the application fee? </p>
<p>It’s too hefty a sum along with SAT score reports and TOEFL score (international applicant). :(</p>
