Do I tell Transfer school, that a strong reason for transferring is a relationship?

To elaborate a little, I am considering transferring to my girlfriends school. The question is not weather or not I should do that, it is how I should approach the prospective new school.

Do I tell them that my girlfriend goes there?
Do I tell them that my girlfriend is a strong reason I am considering transferring?
Do I avoid the topic, but tell them if it comes up (interview perhaps)?
Do I lie if it is asked about?

I am curious what you guys think about that,

I don’t think many schools would consider moving closer to your girlfriend as a strong reason for transferring. Strong reasons for transferring include greater depth in your field of study, wider range of research opportunities, greater rigor of coursework, and other academic purposes.
