Do language proficiency count as national exams?

I am a Canadian student who has completed DELE (Spanish Language Proficiency Test), DELF (French Language Proficiency Test), and HSK (Mandarin Language Proficiency Test), and I was wondering if I should include these marks in the national language exam section? These tests are internationally recognized, but I am not entirely certain that they meet this requirement since I am not from America.

The prompt is “Some schools offer students the opportunity to take national exams in areas such as math and language. These exams include, but are not limited to, AIME, AMC 10, Le Grand Concours, National Spanish Exam, National Latin Exams. If you have taken any of these exams (or any other subject-based national or international examinations), please inform us of the exams and scores you find most meaningful.”

Thank you!

If they are meaningful to you…then why wouldn’t you?

Seems like that answers it?

DELE, DELF, HSK are all externally administrated (national/international) language exams and can thus be listed along with the level (s) reached.
