One of my hesitations about attending NYU Stern is that it might disqualify me from transferring into Wharton or Columbia and may harm my chances of going into a top law school (should I choose to do so, im split between business and law atm) simply because I hear that the grade curve there can be nasty.

Would top law schools recognize that Stern, as a competitive business school, does carry a harsh grading curve and that an average GPA at Stern would be equivalent to a higher GPA at a more inflated University…?
