do non college credit course affect GPA

<p>I took some second language course at the beginning time.(non college credit courses). if there are not count, why my GPA just 3.0 （if take out them my gpa should be 3.85）in my transcript ? when I apply to transfer will they look at this gpa or they just look the AA program Gpa?</p>
