Do nontransferable credits from community count towards GPA on graduate application?

Greetings! My name is Alexander, I am studying at Humboldt State University as a Junior with a major in psychology. I have aspirations to earn my Ph.D. in psychology or to earn my Psy.D. I just thought of a question, I had some non transferable courses in community college (like college algebra) that didn’t transfer to HSU and aren’t a part of my current GPA at HSU (they are a part of my community college’s GPA) will graduate schools request my community college transcripts with non transferable courses or will they only ask for Humboldt State’s GPA? My community college GPA is rather low (3.277), but my HSU GPA is 3.383 and will soon be rising (I start my first classes in 10 days).

I’m talking about “remedial classes” with numbers like math120

Graduate programs will look at all your transcripts, it does not matter whether the courses transferred or not. However, your grades in your last two years at Humboldt State will carry more weight.
