Meta-analysis of 29 studies of omega-3 supplementation suggests a 30% decrease in aggression.
Interesting! Is the theory that inflammation is somehow linked to aggression?
I take one a day for other reasons but maybe it’s helping my attitude also?
There was news a few days ago about this research indicating use of fish oil increases risk of developing Afib.
I wonder if that information is actually junk science. It wasn’t even a controlled study, it was a prospective study. No information about other variables, for example, why were people taking fish oil in the first place, perhaps many of them felt at risk. And some fish oil supplements are spoiled by the time people take them, which is not good. I don’t know how you conclude anything from this prospective study.
