Do Pell Grants apply to Federal Aid Student Loan limits?

I have quite a few student loans from my past attempt at an undergrad degree. I took three years off due to personal issues and am going back this fall. However, I am now considered an “independent” student since I am 24 years old.

Now, FAFSA bases my aid eligibility off of my income (which is minuscule) rather than my parents.

Thus, I am assuming I will receive pell grants (in addition to the option of more student loans). Yet, I do not know (and can’t seem to find the information anywhere) if Pell Grants count toward the max amount of loans you can receive or if they have their own separate limit.

Pell grants have their own limits.
