I have wanted to join a typical fraternity since I was in middle school and now that I have been accepted into Penn State, I have done a little research. It seems that the top-tier fraternities are predominately Caucasian. I am very social and friendly and everyone at my school says I dress really fratty and know for a fact that i am going to be a frat boy. So basically I am wondering if I will have a good chance into getting into one of the top-tier frats if I am Indian?
Probably not. I’m an Indian at PSU, and the frats are 97% caucasian. You could rush the Indian frats, but they’re considerably lower tier. I hate to say it, but there is a bit of a racist vibe around the frats. You might be okay getting into a lower tier, though.
Probably not a top tier frat, but some of the lower ones maybe.
