Do prospective freshmen's parents need to submit IRS tax forms for FA?

<p>I don’t think I saw it on the instuctions page, but I may have missed this. would it hurt if I emailed them to the FA office?</p>

<p>I can’t find it on their site just now, but I have in my notes to not send tax info to WUSTL unless asked. I think they only ask for it if student is accepted. I know they do not use IDOC. </p>
