Hey guys I went to 2 different high schools one school i went for 9-11th grade and another school for 12th. When i transferred to my 2nd HS during my 12th grade year the school inputted my grades without the - or + for my grades. So for example if i had an A- for English they would just put an A not an A-. so i was wondering is it normal for some schools to not use the minus or plus signs?

also when i transfer to a UC do I NEED to send in both transcripts from both schools? because my 9-11th grades are already on the record at my 12th grade HS…so is it really necessary?

thanks alot guys

The public schools that my kids have attended in Maryland do not use + or -.

^ thanks for the reply sikosrky. i guess some schools use it and some dont…

would also appreciate it if you guys could help me out with the 2nd question as well…thanks alot again!

my school also does not put any + or - distinctions on the transcripts. An “A” is an “A”, regardless of whether you got a 100% or a 90%.

As for the second question, I would submit ALL of the transcripts from all the schools you’ve attended. Better to be safe than sorry, they might not take the one from your current school that has the previous years on it.

^ ah i c. but i wonder is will they even know i attended the other high school? also even though i didnt graduate from the 1st school they should still have the transcript right?
