All I see is that you have to send in a fall final transcript.
So when is the deadline for the first transcript to be sent?
UC’s will only ask for a transcript if they email you for a supplemental: Request for example LOR’s, Mid-year grades etc… can be sent then.
Normally, you send a transcript to the UC you plan to enroll and attend and admission decisions are based on your self-reported grades.
