Do they care if Berkeley is your first choice?

<p>I know there’s no ED so I can’t actually <em>prove</em> that UCB will be my first choice, but when I apply, I’ll mention that it is in my personal statement. Would they factor that positively into their admissions decision? Or would they not care?</p>
