Do transcriptions need to be sealed?

Do they need to be sealed in an envelope by the high school/college? Because my college only gave me the transcription paper with no envelope.

Can i seal them myself? same question applies to the letters of reccomendation.

Hm… I am an international student. Am I supposed to send them via snail mail as well or would the common app forms, which are sealed, signed and scanned, and submitted online work too?

You give the form to your school, and your school will mail it. It absolutely HAS to be sealed by the school. That’s the only way they’ll be sure that you haven’t tampered with it. Give the form to your guidance counselor ASAP so they have time to process it and mail it to colleges.
