<p>Our transcript is controlled by the provincial government, and the system does not allow us to upload transcript online. Is it okay if I ask my counselor to upload a word document briefly explain the situation and says I will mail the university the transcript?</p>
<p>I don’t see why not.
My public school in Ohio has our office send in a transcript for us because we specially print it to ensure its not conterfeit.</p>
