Do we need knowledge of the past to fully understand the present? Scale 1-12

Please mark this essay from 1-12!
I would really appreciate any suggestions :)

Will knowledge of the past help disparage facile problems that may arise in the present? Are the problems in the past play a major role in our today’s life?
Without questions, it is necessary to study the knowledge of the past in order to make our life fallacious. History has played a major role in our life and has strong powerful messages that admonishes things that shouldn’t be done once again. Without studying the past, our life today would have been similar to those of the old centuries. We would have horse carriages instead of cars, segregation would still exist, bad working and housing conditions and others.

A prime example was Martin Luther King Jr who was an African American clergyman, a lawyer, and a human rights activist. He stood up against the injustice toward the Black Americans. He was determined and discreetly planned protests to encourage change by adversity. He has played a major role throughout history and he lead to a non-violent revolution.Newspaper and media didn’t advocate him much but yet he lived by example and gained trust for he was a man who believed that when knowledge is used positively, it leads to wonders. At times his messages would be related through humorous dialects to keep the hopes up. Truly he believed in unity and supported life-like bonds.Well the uniqe creative thinking of Martin Luther consolidated confidence of his people to achieve success and make history. As he said “I look to a day when people will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.” A change in the constitution opened new horizons and motivated leaders to innovate through genuine decision choices.

Another prime example was Hitler who was a charismatic dictatorship. He has brought Germany into power and played a major role throughout history. Although he made Germany powerful and ameliorated his military army, he didn’t want anyone to give him any suggestions and ideas. According to technology, he didn’t like any technological advancements to be done without him knowing the purpose of them and the reason behind them. He has placed Germany into a a difficult position because of his facile leadership; Germany was getting attacked by many different sides. Hitler surrendered and wanted to suicide and kill all of his family.

All in all, the examples illustrated above have brought major impact to our world today. It is necessary to study the knowledge of the past to fully understand the present. History of the past is the key for our life to continue and develop. As more people study, the present would be fallacious and problems would be disparaged.

Seriously? The prompt is definitely not real. Playing along though and commenting on your first sentence - why would anyone want to make their life fallacious?

Oh yeah, I did a mistake. It should be facile not fallacious. I just misunderstood and got confounded between both. Thanks for the suggestion. And what do you mean by not being real?

Is English your first language? You’re having trouble with tenses and word choice. Also, I’m not positive your examples are entirely relevant.

Nope, second language
Scale from 1-12?

The words “disparage” and “facile” are out of place in the question. I don’t think they mean what you think they mean.

Yeah, I totally agree. I get confused between some of the words.
