Do we need to do IDOC and send W2s when not eligible for FA?

<p>I realize I should know this by now, but some of this is still a mystery to me. We filed the FAFSA and we are way over any FA eligibility. Some of the schools require CSS Profile. I did that.</p>

<p>My question is do we still need to send 1040, W2s, etc when we know we won’t be eligible to receive any FA? The main reason I filed the FAFSA was to make sure son was eligible for any work/study programs. </p>

<p>Work Study is financial aid. You have have demonstrated need to get any work study money. These days you need to file FAFSA for even parent loans.</p>
