Do we stay overnight during Orientation?

<p>I’m not quite understanding how this works. We check in at Sproul Hall, then what? are we going to be spending the entire 3 days in a rez hall or something? thx in advance</p>

<p>i take it you should bring all your toiletries and such unless you want to have bad hygiene</p>

<p>Here’s the list that they gave us, for things to bring:

*  All official records you have received from UCLA, including this confirmation
* A photo ID (e.g., a driver's license or student identification card)
* Your BruinCard - your student ID for UCLA (if you sent in a photo and had your BruinCard mailed back to you)
* Comfortable clothes and shoes, a pen, a #2 pencil
* Money (to pay for parking and/or any souvenirs)
* Copies of transcripts, test score results and catalogs from any post-high school institutions (to assist in planning your coursework for the Fall)
* Backpack or bag to carry items on campus
* First-year students only: toiletries, a towell, an alarm clock (sheets and a pillow will be provided)</p>

<p>IMPORTANT: Admissions must receive copies of your final official transcripts by July 15, 2006.

<p>I’m guessing people socialize with their 3 day roommate and new friends? Or maybe they walk around campus… you can probably do anything you want on campus. As for me, I’m bringing my badminton gear because I love badminton and they have open gyms on Tuesday nights. :D</p>

<p>I’m sure that anytime before 9:00am would be alright, especially with your situation. However, I would strongly suggest taking a taxi from LAX since that is the quickest form of transportation.</p>

<p>anyone know how to play lacrosse? i have a little two stick set that i can bring. I personally don’t know how to play, but i want to… so ive pretty much been BS’ing my way through it with my friends who also dont know how to play, lol.</p>
