<p>If we apply for Tulane after November 1st, does the “4 week notification” still apply? I mean, I understand that I lose out on the rest of the benefits, but I heard from a friend that no matter when we submit our application, we’ll find out about a month after everything is sent in. Is this the case, or am I out of luck? I would prefer not to wait until April. :)</p>
<p>If you access the application from their website, it looks exactly the same. So either it is the same, or they’re just miserably slow.</p>
