Do you accept the offer to study at UNCC by making the Niner Account?

Hey guys, I have a question.

I have been admitted to UNCC for next fall. I want to see how much financial aid they offered me, but it seems that I have to create a Niner Account first.
My question is: If I create the Niner Account first, does that mean I am accepting the offer to study at UNCC, when I create the Niner Account?
