Do you have a GED or have you completed another high school equivalency program?

This question appeared as “Do you have a GED or have you completed another high school equivalency program?” so I clicked “No”. However, after submitting my application and going back to view the application the question popped up as “If you did not graduate from high school, do you have a GED or have you completed another high school equivalency program?”. Which means that I should’ve picked “Not Applicable” since I’m still in high school. My question is if this issue will affect my chances of getting accepted the college I applied to. I had no other errors aside from this.
