<p>The cars H and I drive have no stickers other than those required by law. I am into simplicity.</p>

<p>However, the car that has been the kids’ car (a pass-on when H replaced it with a new car for himself and we kept the 1989 Toyota Camry for the kids’ use) has the stickers from both kids’ colleges (selective small liberal arts schools), as the kids were the ones driving that car when they got into the colleges. That car is really run down looking (although it functions very well) and H jokes that the colleges would probably be dismayed to see the stickers on this particular vehicle. On the other hand, it gets points for vehicle diversity.</p>

<p>Someone in my neck of the woods drives a very run down car with relatively new-looking Stanford and Brown stickers. It is one of those situations when the kids are probably not getting much fin. aid due to the parents’ income, yet the parents can’t afford a new car after paying the tuition bills!</p>

<p>I have one kid about to graduate from college (sticker on my wagon) & another about to enter college (which college, don’t know yet). When does one remove the college grad’s sticker? When we are done paying the tuition!</p>

We recently got one of those color shock “static” (how can it be static if it’s sticky and applied to the front of the window I ask you!) decals, which she wants to put on our nice 3yr old leased car, which we aren’t sure we will be buying in the future.
Any advice on how to apply the decal (perhaps the edge method I read about in this thread?), or if it is in fact as easy to get off as the package says?</p>
