<p>The rain pants I use have a zipper from the waist to ankle. So really easy to take off even if I have ski boots that I don’t want to deal with on.
Since many of the rain jackets only come to mid hip, rain pants come in very handy.
If I am going to be in an urban area however, rain pants would be too casual, I would probably use a longer jacket & or boots & an umbrella.</p>
