Do you include a college course GPA to you overall Cumul GPA if its credits are not transferrable?

Currently my GPA is sitting at a 3.2 with 60 earned credits. I’m going to become a junior next semester and I’m transferring from a private university to a SUNY university. Since some credits can’t transfer over due to the course equivalency’s from both schools, how do i determine my transfer gpa? Are credits transferred along with the grades?

For example I got a B+ (3 credits) for a class only unique to my private university that isn’t transferable to the SUNY university. Do i include that B+ into my cumul. GPA?

Only use courses that transfer for your transfer GPA. Admissions workers will not even be looking at non-transferrable courses.
If the course transfers, then yes the credit is also given
