Do you need to report all ACT test dates

The UIUC application has a question “Add each of the exams you have taken or will be taking”. My son took act on 2 different dates, and his scores(composite and sub scores) are higher in one of the tests.

Do we have to report all test dates on UIUC application? Or can can we just report one test date and send the scores from that date?

My apologies if this was already asked earlier.

No, UIUC does not require you to report all test scores. You can report one and send one. Also note, that it likely does not make a difference even if you provide both tests in the app and then send only one offical test. UIIUC will use only that test for which an offical report is received. Moreover, even if you send offical reports of both tests, it will use the one with the higher composite to determine admission, except that some of its colleges will also look at a higher section score from the second test, e.g., engineering uses that test with highest composite but it will also consider a higher math section score from another test. The app section is mainly to let them know how many official scores might show up.
