I was wondering if the state you live in gives you any financial aid if you attend a private school in-state.
That would depend on the state. In California, yes. Elsewhere, I don’t know.
Depends on the state. Each state has their own aid programs and requirements. Google your state name and college financial aid and see if a relevant state website comes up that explains the aid and the requirements.
I’m NYS of you are eligible for TAP (tuition aid program) you can use your TAP award at public or private colleges
I’m talking about receiving NJ state aid for private universities in NJ.
Look up NJ TAG which is Nj state aid for details
Florida, yes.
Missouri offers a “Bright-Flight” scholarship. This scholarship varies by school, (no more than $3,000/yr-ish I’d say) but is available to all Missouri residents who attend any Missouri university (public or private), given they got at least a 31 on the ACT.
Not much else, as far as I know.
