<p>Murray finalists are notified that they are finalists usually in late February or early March. They receive their admission decision at the same time as Monroe Scholars (since all Murray finalists are Monroe Scholars).</p>
<p>Feb 9 is not generally considered to not be late February or early March. Has there been a change in the schedule for notifying all Murray finalists/Monroe scholars? Are exceptions being made on a case-by-case basis?</p>
