Do you think "not enough information" answer is always wrong in ACT Math test?

I was doing the math part of the test, and I find out 99% of the following:

“none of the above”
“There is no consistent relationship between…”
“not enough information…”
etc.

would be wrong. Do you think this is true?
Discussion!!!

All I know is when I see it, I second guess everything and worry. And I’m completely paranoid if I get two “not enough information” answers in a row

Actually yesterday on a PR Practice Test, one of the answers was something like that…I got a 35 on the math section so ya lolz

i took the ACT three times and i’ve never gotten that for the answer on a math Q.

I only took ACT once and I don’t think I had to answer “not enough information.”

However, I did have an official SAT exam where “It cannot be determined from the given information” was the correct answer to a question. I spent like 10 minutes rereading the question to make sure the answer couldn’t uniquely be determined. Got an 800 on it…

LimitlessProd:
I don’t believe PR tests, as I saw questions that will never (been and going to) pop up in the ACT, and they are either too easy or too hard. The only thing I can believe PR is the strategy they wrote in “Crack the ACT” book. Anything else, such as college info, practice tests, meh.
