Do you think this CSU class is UC transferable?

Transfer Students UC Transfers

While at SF State I took a Raza studies class called critical thinking and the raza experience with the description as follows:

Developing basic skills involved in understanding, criticizing, and constructing arguments by using materials reflective of experience of Raza and the Third World culture in the U.S.

Do you think the UCs will count this class as transferable? It will only be calculated into my gpa if it is, correct?

I think it would depend on whether or not there is an equivalent course at the UCs which would probably require going through UC course descriptions and seeing if there any courses that match it.
