My life would have been completely different if a hair straightener had been available and affordable during my high school years. Lol! I used my curling iron and hair clips in contorted ways to somewhat straighten unruly frizzy bangs but it took forever and never approached the wonderful, sleek, shiny hairstyles a straightener can accomplish.

I found a game changer recently. While I was Christmas shopping I bought my daughter a Drybar Brush Crush. Looked great so I bought myself one also. It’s great. I have very hard to manage wavy/curly/ frizzy hair that I normally blow dry and then flat iron. It never looked good even after I had taken a lot of time with the whole process. The Drybar Brush Crush is a heated straightening brush. It makes my hair look smooth, straight and soft in a short amount of time. It also really makes my second day hair look fresh and clean. I love it and highly recommend it. It’s a bit pricey, but I probably won’t be spending for Keratin in the near future.
