<p>As you probably already know, management in the health-industry is regulated. I think only licensed medical practitioners are allowed to own shares in a healthcare company (by that, I mean a company that provides health care services to patients … not a ‘manufacturing’ company that makes doctor’s garments or stuff like that.)</p>
<p>I forget what the restrictions are for key management positions in healthcare. I want to say licensed practioner, but I’m not sure that’s the case across the board.</p>
