<p>The DOD’s Sexual Harassment Task Force report on West Point and the Naval
Academy is available on the DOD website. The report’s executive summary is only a couple pages long.</p>

<p>Major recommendations include:

  1. Increase number and visibility of women officers and NCO’s in key positions to serve as role models for male and female cadets and mids.
  2. Increase % of women cadets and mids at academies.
  3. Ensure consistent opportunities for women in leadership and academic decision making (ie. academy academic and admissions boards)</p>
