My father attended Harvard’s Executive education program, and i want to take a transfer after my 1st year college, will this legacy improve my chances even slightly?

Harvard defines a legacy as the son or daughter of a parent who attended Harvard College (the undergraduate program). Your father attended Harvard Business School (graduate school) and therefore, you would NOT be considered a legacy as a transfer applicant.

Plus the Executive Education Program is not really HBS.

^^ Correct. I believe The Executive program courses are taught by HBS faculty, but upon completion, you do not receive an MBA from Harvard Business School.
