I received a warning from administration after a cheating incident in 11th grade. I earned the grade on my test but I allowed another student to look at this test. Administration let me keep the grade and only gave me a warning and no other disciplinary action because I was a great student and didn’t have a disciplinary history. Do I have to check “yes” for the disciplinary section of the common app?
Ask your GC. S/he has to report disciplinary issues on the Secondary School Report, but each school determines what will be reported. If it is not reported on the SSR, no, you do not have to report it. Conversely, if it is reported on the SSR, you do.
If it’s not on your high school record then it should be ok to not reporting it.
Very likely not.
A warning is just that - not disciplinary action. You don’t nee to mention it.
