Does adding extra information make a bad impression?

<p>I forgot to include that I attend Columbia Science Honors Program and am debating whether it's worth it or not to contact schools to have this information added. All of these schools are top 20 colleges, if that makes any difference.</p>

<p>Was this a particularly prestigious program that you had to apply to get into? If it’s a fairly competitive program and it’s worth mentioning, you may consider sending a note in about it with your midyear report, or e-mailing the college. Use your judgment.</p>

<p>Thanks for the response. I sent out some emails today. Still, I’m not sure what kind of impression it makes, if any at all.</p>
