We are on the verge of ordering interior Hunter Douglas Sunshades ( --or Sunscreens–or Solarshades–just different names)
They are dark brown and will be controlled by a remote.
The popular item is the 5% opening.
We have serious S/SW direct sun. We are replacing duets that have seen their better days. Also, when they are closed (up/
down) the great view is gone and I feel closed in.
The other choice is to go to a 3% opening which gives less of the view clearly and 2% more solar coverage.
Everyone tell me that the difference is negligible.
So–anyone here have such an animal and what has your experience been?
Thanks!
