<p>Northwest Missouri State University does :)</p>
<p>St. Johns University in New York does. its a third tier though.
Im guessing most 1st tier schools (top 100) dont.</p>

<p>Of course, the computer is included in the tuition costs, but Villanova logic is this: everyone will have free maintenance. This takes away the hassle of what to do if your computer breaks. It would be too hard to offer free maintenance of lots of different brands of computer.</p>
<p>Soka University does, but they’re a really small liberal arts school.</p>
