<p>My MIL makes an ice box cake, but I’m pretty sure she uses instant pudding rather than ice cream because she keeps it in the refrigerator, not the freezer. I think she just uses a layer of graham crackers, a layer of pudding, another layer of graham crackers, and another layer of pudding, and then a final layer of graham crackers. I’ll have to check - but it is good.</p>
