I am an aerospace engineer from Ohio with about 2 years experience. I have been given a job offer at Rolls Royce but the salary offered is about 51k which seems like over 10k lower than salaries on glassdoor/indeed etc. So if you do work there or know anyone who does can you tell me what your or their salary is roughly? I just want to get a realistic overview. Thank you.
