<p>The personal essay on the common application has some 5 odd topics on which i m not able to write anything. so, i m considering to write on the topic of my choice. now what i want to know is that can we write anything, absolutely anything(like for eg. my experiences on a train journey) for the topic of my choice or should we carefully choose a sensible(read serious) topic like the other 5?</p>
