<p>OP: don’t wait until that – don’t even think about it. I recall past seasons where the overload of last minute applicants froze some colleges’ servers – not something you wanna risk.</p>

<p>Post#4 is right on, usually the last few days are bad and the very
last day is really bad for submissions. Plus there is the whole
concept of time differences. Finish you app and submit it
at least the weekend before the deadline date.</p>
