Does applying PLME hurt admission to Brown if rejected from the program?

<p>I want to apply PLME, but I also want to get into Brown period. Does it hurt your chance of getting in to the normal school if you apply and are rejected from PLME?</p>

<p>Nope…two separate admissions I believe.</p>

<p>I’m pretty sure that the brown admissions check your separate application for brown first, and they decide if you are accepted to the university. Then they pass on the PLME application to that department and they decide if you get into the program.</p>

<p>Emukay and AmbitiousMind are correct: a PLME rejection will have no effect on your normal Brown admission <em>unless</em> you’re ED and choose not to attend Brown if you’re rejected from PLME.</p>
