Title basically. Also I plan to apply as a nursing major to T50’s.
It would be considered to be a nice part time job.
It’s all how you present it. If you spent hours and helping a family week after week or watching their kid as they are away, etc. If you show responsibility, passion, and more - it could be great. If you’re like - i watched the neighbor’s kids a few times - prob not

On his resume, one guy put that he “lovingly cared for two 11 year old boys” one summer and put the mom’s name as his employer. He was made fun of but that was a college summer job.

It’s valid! If it was a regular gig, I would note “10 hours/week” or “20hours/week summers.” This will distinguish it from casual gigs.
That highlights a lot of things - the time it took, that you had ongoing responsibilities and trust, etc.
If this was really consuming, you might want to reference it in an essay. For someone interested in a caring profession, especially one involving children, this demonstrates a number of good traits.
